I did order a copy of "Four Hedges" which has arrived and sits in the TBR pile. It is a lovely book.Bellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04335523622158333456noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9148557807474310110.post-87855968506527854442013-06-20T16:18:20.694-04:002013-06-20T16:18:20.694-04:00I am very behind with comments, etc., but delighte...I am very behind with comments, etc., but delighted that you thought the post worth linking to, Belle.
Re."Four Hedges", I'd second Simon's recommendation.Cornflowerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17779286635989616330noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9148557807474310110.post-65192194024394902292013-06-10T17:33:59.189-04:002013-06-10T17:33:59.189-04:00Oh good. I personally would never touch dirt in the garden, but I enjoy reading about those who do. I hope that is not poor blogger etiquette!

I listened to a 1978 radio interview with Ms. Pym that was on BBC radio but it has now been taken off the website. She talked about the music she would want with her if she were castaway on a desert isle and also a lot about her writing. It was great to hear her voice.

Thanks for the tip on Mr. Constantine. My library has a couple of his books but of course I will have to read them in order and I don't think it has them all. Sigh.Bellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04335523622158333456noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9148557807474310110.post-16782392157033702782013-06-09T19:50:30.964-04:002013-06-09T19:50:30.964-04:00Thanks for linking to me and sharing other links t...Thanks for linking to me and sharing other links that I need to explore, too! I always have a paper and pen in hand when I make the blog rounds as I discover so many new authors. I hadn't heard of K.C. Constantine--and since June is all about mysteries for me.... I enjoyed the Pym book I read this past week and wish I had planned a little better for the week, but still am happy to have squeezed in one anyway. I hope to read more of her!Daniellehttp://www.danitorres.typepad.comnoreply@blogger.com
