It took me forever to get used to W7. I don't know why 'they' have to change things so often.Bellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04335523622158333456noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9148557807474310110.post-81858883483067302832013-05-18T10:49:46.287-04:002013-05-18T10:49:46.287-04:00Belle! My new operating system is a bit of mystery right now I have to get to grips with it and try and find some of my clients files!! On a lighter side I picked up yesterday from local charity shop a nice copy of "The Cunning Little Vixen" I know its a children's story but I have a weakness of anything illustrated by Maurice Sendak. So between bouts of computer induced frustration I shall disappear into Czech forest fantasy.Tullikhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10524256855855014534noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9148557807474310110.post-84375420283178639302013-05-18T10:35:39.045-04:002013-05-18T10:35:39.045-04:00Danielle, I am skipping 'Demon' because th...Danielle, I am skipping 'Demon' because that boy, Tony, drove me crazy in 'High Rising', but otherwise I am attempting to read Thirkell's books in order. I loved 'Wild Strawberries'. I Have Wild Strawberries to read next, but I have yet been able to squeeze it into the reading queue--I look forward to hearing what you think of it. She is someone I want to read straight through I think (well in order anyway--but won't be able to read them one after another close together...). Ha, like that is likely to happen.

Anyway, I am intrigued with Li-Young Lee and will investigate his work. This weekend I hope to read more of Li-Young Lee's poetry, as I came home with four of his books from the library, and I'd best get going on Secret to Happiness for next week's book discussion.
